Pressure sensitive tapes are made from high performance materials such as (PTFE) Teflon* coated fiberglass,
and Kapton* ( Polyimide). They have a adhesive system of acrylic or silicone (widths from 1/8").
Premium Grade Teflon Tape:
Is our industry standard.
This grade combines strength and durabilty. It has a rich coating of
teflon* (PTFE) to ensure excellent release characteristics and long life.
Kapton* (H Film) Both film & pressure sensitive tape
with adhesive on one side. Superior dielectric strength. Tear and abrasion resistant (.002
& .005)
Zone Tape: Teflon* coated fiberglass tape with a non-adhesive
"free" zone which allows heating element to expand. Two adhesive zones on outer edges. Custom sizes
available.
Double Coated Paper & Film Tapes: Adhesive on both
sides to provide good adhesion and anchorage. Best suited for bonding gaskets and silicone rubbers to sealing jaws.
