Nichrome Flat Ribbon

Designed for impulse sealers, Nichrome Flat Ribbon heating elements are used to seal plastic bags, pouches and films. Multiple widths and thicknesses accommodate different sealing requirements.

Made from Nichrome 80, a nickel-chromium alloy that maintains stable heat output over repeated cycles, delivering consistent sealing performance and longer service life than lower-grade nichrome alloys.

Offered in 25 ft, 50 ft, or 100 ft rolls, with custom lengths available upon request. All listed sizes are stocked and ship within 1 – 2 business days.
