Nichrome Flat Ribbon

Designed for impulse sealers, Nichrome Flat Ribbon heating elements produce strong, airtight seals across a range of widths and lengths.

Made from Nichrome 80, a nickel-chromium alloy that maintains stable heat output over repeated cycles, delivering consistent sealing performance and longer service life than lower-grade nichrome alloys.

Common widths include 1/8″, 1/4″, and 3/8″, with additional sizes available. Offered in 25 ft, 50 ft, or 100 ft rolls, as well as pre-cut lengths.
