Copper Plated Nichrome

Copper-plated nichrome heating elements help extend the life of the heating element used in impulse heat sealing. When the element doesn’t contact the sealing material, heat can build up at the ends and cause breakage. Copper plating helps dissipate that heat, improving durability and preventing failure over time.

We use only Nichrome 80, a high-quality nickel-chromium alloy that offers excellent heat resistance and stability after repeated use. It delivers consistent sealing performance and outlasts lower-grade heating wires.
