PTFE 2-Ply Belts

PTFE 2-ply belts are designed for use in continuous band sealers and are constructed with both an inner and outer layer of PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric. The dual-layer construction improves durability and stability under heat and pressure during sealing operations.

These belts provide a non-stick sealing surface and can operate at temperatures up to 500°F. They are commonly used for sealing plastic bags and pouches in packaging equipment.
