PTFE Open Mesh Belts

PTFE Open Mesh Belts are conveyor belts constructed from an open-weave mesh coated with PTFE. The open structure allows air, heat, and moisture to pass through the belt, making them suitable for applications that require airflow and controlled heat transfer.

Used in packaging, food processing, screen printing, textiles, and industrial drying, these belts are commonly found in shrink wrap tunnels, food dryers, dehydrators, garment dryers, and extrusion lines.

Meshes are available in Fiberglass, Polyester or Aramid (similar to Kevlar®) depending on the requirements of your application.
