PTFE Zone Tape – 0.006″

6 Mil (0.006″) PTFE Zone Tape is a high-temperature, non-stick tape made from woven fiberglass coated with PTFE, commonly used on the sealing bars of impulse heat sealers.

Adhesive is applied along the edges of the tape, leaving the center adhesive-free. This allows the tape to be secured to sealing bars without an adhesive layer over the heating element or sealing surface.

6 mil PTFE Zone Tapes are available in both Premium Grade and Standard Grade, with multiple tape and adhesive widths to suit different sealing bar sizes. Contact us for custom PTFE Zone Tape sizes not listed.
