Below are reference drawings for common impulse heat sealer heating elements, including Vertrod and Therm-O-Seal compatible elements. These drawings are provided for identification and sizing purposes and can be used when matching or replacing existing heating elements.
We manufacture replacement and custom heating elements for a wide range of impulse heat sealers using existing samples, drawings, and customer specifications.
All flat heating elements are manufactured using Nichrome 80.
